Water Heaters
We repair and replace gas, electric and tankless water heaters for homes and businesses around Xenia and Dayton.
A failing water heater usually gives some warning. Showers turn lukewarm, hot water runs out faster than it used to, the tank rumbles or pops, or water pools around the base. Rusty hot water and a pilot light that won't stay lit are other common signs. Over the years, sediment settles in the bottom of a tank and wears it out. We work on gas and electric tank water heaters and on tankless units. Many problems can be repaired, such as a bad thermostat, heating element, thermocouple or gas valve. A tank that leaks from the body can't be fixed. At that point we'll talk through a replacement, including whether tankless makes sense for your house. You get an upfront, flat rate price before we start, and quotes are free. Every service call includes a free check of the rest of your plumbing. If you lose hot water at an odd hour, we offer 24/7 emergency response. Contact us to get on the schedule.

Common questions
Should I repair my water heater or replace it?
If a part like a thermostat, element or thermocouple has failed, a repair is usually the right call. If the tank itself is leaking, it needs to be replaced. When both options are reasonable, we'll price them side by side.
Do you install tankless water heaters?
Yes. We install and repair tankless units as well as gas and electric tank heaters. The right size depends on how many fixtures you run at once, and we'll talk that through before you choose.
What if my water heater fails at night or on a weekend?
Call (937) 604-0206. We offer 24/7 emergency response.
