Why does my toilet keep running?
A running toilet usually comes down to a worn flapper or a fill valve that does not shut off. Both waste water around the clock. In most cases, the fix is a repair rather than a new toilet.
Should I repair or replace a leaking faucet?
Many drips can be fixed with a new cartridge or washer. If the faucet body is corroded, parts are hard to find, or it has leaked into the cabinet, replacement is often the better value. We will look at it and give you both options.
