Services
What should I do if a pipe bursts or I have a major leak?
Shut off the water at the main valve first. It's usually in the basement or crawlspace, where the water line comes in near the meter. Next, turn off the power or gas to the water heater and open a low faucet to drain the lines. Then call us at (937) 604-0206, since we offer 24/7 emergency response.
How do I know if my water heater needs repair or replacement?
Repair usually makes sense when the problem is a part, such as a thermostat, heating element, igniter or gas valve. Replacement usually makes sense when the tank itself is leaking, the hot water comes out rusty, or an older unit keeps needing repairs. We repair and replace gas, electric and tankless water heaters, and we'll tell you plainly which option we'd choose.
Do you handle sewer line problems and backups?
Yes. We inspect and repair sewer lines for homes and businesses. Where it fits the job, we offer trenchless repair options so we don't have to dig up the whole yard. If sewage is backing up into the house, stop running water and call us.
Why does my drain keep clogging?
Repeat clogs usually come from grease in kitchen lines, hair and soap in bathroom drains, or wipes that don't break down. In older homes, roots, sagging sections and rough cast iron or galvanized pipe can catch debris over and over. We clear the drain and can inspect the pipe with our camera to find out why it keeps happening.
Why is my water pressure low?
Low pressure at one fixture often points to a clogged aerator or a failing valve. Low pressure through the whole house can mean a hidden leak, a damaged main water line, or old galvanized pipe that has narrowed with buildup inside. We check the system, find the cause and repair the water line or fixture.
What kinds of pipe do you work on?
We work with copper, cast iron, galvanized, PEX and CPVC. That includes galvanized steel replacement, slab and crawlspace leaks, cast iron drains, and full repipes when patching no longer makes sense. Our pipe repairs are backed by a workmanship warranty.
Company
Do you work on both homes and businesses?
Yes. On the residential side, our work ranges from fixture swaps to plumbing a newly built home. For businesses, we handle backflow prevention testing and installation, sewer line repair, water heater maintenance and preventive maintenance planning. You can read more on our commercial plumbing page.
Are your plumbers licensed and insured?
Yes. Our technicians are fully licensed and insured.
How does your pricing work?
We use upfront, flat rate pricing, so you know what the job costs before we start. Quotes are free, whether you call or send a quote request.
What is the free whole-system check?
Every service call includes a free check of your whole plumbing system. While we're there for the job you called about, we look over the rest of your plumbing and tell you what we see. That way you can plan for a repair instead of being caught off guard by it.
